Welcome to Haven Hearts Collaboration — the shared booking site for counselling sessions with Georgia Hood (Hearts Heal Counselling) and Keira Houseman (Hemlock & Haven Therapy).

Georgia and Keira are mental health professionals (RSW, RCC) with specialized training in trauma-informed counselling. Together, they bring a diverse range of expertise and experience to their respective practices. Through ongoing collaboration and consultation, they are committed to offering grounded, compassionate mental health support to individuals across the Lower Mainland.

Georgia is based in New Westminster, and Keira is based in Mission. Both offer virtual sessions as well as walk-and-talk therapy.

At the heart of my practice is a compassionate, trusting, and safe connection — grounded in person-centered and humanistic values. I believe that healing is not only possible, but that every individual is inherently worthy of it. I support clients through a lens of cultural humility, inclusivity, and neuroaffirming care, honouring the diverse identities and experiences each person brings.

My work is especially focused on adolescents (12+), adults, childhood trauma, ADHD, chronic health conditions, and first responders. I take a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing the complex ways our bodies, environments, and experiences shape us.

My lived experiences have deepened my belief in the resilience and worth of each individual I support. Having moved through my own experiences with childhood trauma and PTSD, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to seek help. If you’re reading this and feeling unsure, please know: you’re not alone. I’m here to meet you where you are at - with warmth and care.
