Welcome to Haven Hearts Collaboration — the shared booking site for counselling sessions with Georgia Hood (Hearts Heal Counselling) and Keira Houseman (Hemlock & Haven Therapy).

Georgia and Keira are mental health professionals (RSW, RCC) with specialized training in trauma-informed counselling. Together, they bring a diverse range of expertise and experience to their respective practices. Through ongoing collaboration and consultation, they are committed to offering grounded, compassionate mental health support to individuals across the Lower Mainland.

Georgia is based in New Westminster, and Keira is based in Mission. Both offer virtual sessions as well as walk-and-talk therapy.

My personal experiences shape my empathetic, trauma-informed approach. I focus on building trust with clients, recognizing that therapy is most effective when you feel safe and connected. My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space to help you better understand your needs, navigate life’s challenges, and develop a healthier relationship with yourself. I bring experience from healthcare, non-profit, and supporting vulnerable individuals from diverse backgrounds.
